The Minutes from our monthly meetings include the club's current accounts, portfolio, review of individual shares, and stop-loss settings; and a top-down review of sectors and markets. The Minutes also show proposed companies for purchase or accumulate and the resulting decisions.
Most often, meetings occur the third week of the month (Wednesdays or Thursdays). The accounts tabled on a particular month are based on calculation up to the last day of the previous month. For example, in the April meeting, the accounts would be up to the 30th of March and so are the stock prices used to calculate the unit value.
